Can you use Aphra for free?
Yes, you can use some of the basic features for free to see if it gives value to you. Just click “Create Account” to start and you can explore how our platform can upgrade your every day.
What AI Assistants can be chosen?
Choose from over 70 assistants to match your personal preferences and needs. Our library includes a variety of characters, from professional to whimsical, allowing you to choose one or many. And you can discover our specialised assistants too.
How do I set up and configure my AI Assistant?
Setting up your assistant is simple and quick. Just follow our step-by-step guide available in your account during onboarding. You can customise their appearance and configure their voice, personality and any context you want to give your assistant, so they can always be quick to help.
What is the Workspace?
The workspace is the one place that you can go to get your assistant to help manage your life. Here you will find Insights, notes, reminders, tasks and calendar.
What is the Discover section?
Discover is the place where you can find, and interact with, all the skills that your assistant can do. As well as finding your integrations, and the games you can play with your assistant.
What are Assistant Insights?
The Assistant Insights, are proactive insights that come from your assistant tailored to you. The can be summaries of your tasks, reminders, meetings and emails.
What languages do your avatars support?
Our avatars support multiple languages (But sometimes the accents can be a little funny 🙂) . You can just speak to your assistant, or type to it, in your preferred language and voila, it will talk back to you in that language.
Are there mobile and desktop apps?
On Android to install the app:
– Open Chrome, go to Aphra.me
– Tap settings (three dots), scroll down, select “Install app”
– Tap “Add to home screen”
On Apple iOS to install the app:
Open Aphra.me in Safari on your iOS device.
– Tap the “Share” icon in Safari.
– Select “Add to Home Screen” from the options.
– Confirm the installation by tapping the “Add” button
For the desktop app:
To install an app from Chrome, you can follow these steps:
– Open Chrome and go to the website offering the app you want to install.
– Look for an “Install” or “Add to Chrome” button, often found in the address bar or directly on the webpage.
– Click that button, and a prompt will appear confirming the installation.
– Follow the instructions, and the app will be installed on your device.
What can you integrate your AI Assistant with?
Our avatars seamlessly integrate with multiple services, if you want it to and think it will help you. We are in the process of building this out across your email, calendars, and multiple data streams. This allows you to get support managing your life as much as possible.
How secure is my data?
Your data security is paramount. We use advanced encryption and secure servers to protect your personal information. Furthermore, we encrypt every message that you send to your assistant. What customer support is available?
When you are logged in you get full access to our support section, and can also submit support requests. Our support team is available via chat and email to assist you with any questions or issues. Additionally, our online Discourse server is their for your feedback.
