What can you ask it to do with email?
- Find an email. "Find the email from Sam about the roof." Aphra looks in your Outlook mail and shows you what it found.
- Hear it or read it. Ask Aphra to read an email to you or tell you what it says.
- Draft a reply. Aphra writes it as you. Change the tone with one tap, edit it, then approve it. You can undo a send for a few seconds.
- Know what needs you. Aphra can point out emails that need an answer or have a deadline, and give you a morning brief.
Will it send anything on its own?
No. Aphra never sends or changes anything without your approval. You see the draft, you tap Send, and there is a short window to undo. Email you connect is used only to help you with what you can see in the app.

- What happens to my email?
- You choose what to connect and can disconnect at any time. Your data is not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models.
