Notice for people invited to a meeting by Aphra

Why you got this email

Someone you know used Aphra, an AI assistant, to arrange a meeting with you. The email says "Their Name via Aphra", is copied to them, and was sent only after they approved who it goes to and what it says. A person asked for this, not an advertiser.

What we hold about you

Your name, email address, the times you chose or replied with, and the contents of your replies. We use these only to arrange this meeting and to prevent abuse. We do not use them to market to you, sell them, or build a profile of you.

Stop emails or ask us to delete your details

Use the "stop them here" link in the email, or write to privacy@aphra.me. We will stop at once and keep your address on a list so you are not contacted again. You can also ask to see or delete what we hold about you.

Who is responsible

The person who asked for the meeting decided to contact you. Ant vs Bear Ltd (company number 15391307) runs the service and is responsible for how your details are handled here. See our Privacy Policy. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
